Schoolzilla:
Ed Tech Web Application
My role: UX Designer
Duration: 4 weeks
I worked on a web application for the a major university that brought big data into the hands of teachers and administrators in a visual and accessible way. The data sets included extensive student records and complex relationships between high schools and universities. The goal of the project was to get more students into college and empower educators with information.
I worked on this project with Schoolzilla, an education technology company that helps teachers, leaders and data analysts save time, gain critical insight and leverage all their data to drive action and change students’ lives.

Wireframes/Rapid Prototype
After creating the information architecture for the reports section of the web application, I sketched out the wireframes and built them out in Axure.
I linked the screens to create a rapid prototype for early user testing.
I presented my work weekly to a team of developers and data analysts to create flows that were possible with the backend development and kept a clear paths for users.
High Fidelity Wireframes
For review with clients and stakeholders, I refined the wireframes and used color to aid in the review process.
