Step 1: Research

Research makes the difference between intuition and a thoughtful, proven design. Defining the right method of research for each project is key to solving the specific questions.

Step 2: Define

Creating the right foundation for design takes into account the synthesis of the research to create a clear north star for the product. These are the guiding documents that takes you back out of the weeds and give answers to the tough questions when you’re in the details.

Personas | User Journeys | Experience Models | Concepting | Vision | Experience Attributes

Step 3: Design

Putting pen to paper takes into account the critical user journey’s and begins to parse out the key content, flows and details of an experience.

Information Architecture | Content Strategy | Spatial Models | Flow Maps | Wireframes | Experience Boards | Visual Design
